Absolute Outdoors freight charges are based on the weight of the items you order, and whether you choose express or regular postage, due to the dynamic nature of freight pricing, it is impossible for us to provide a table of costs. To work out how much you will be charged, simply add the items you would like to order to your cart and start the checkout process.
Our delivery partner of choice is Australia Post. We can ship orders via Australia Post Express Post or regular Parcel Post , unless you have negotiated an alternative service with us.
We are sorry, but at the moment we do not ship orders internationally.
We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery
partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products. Absoluteoutdoors.com.au accepts no responsibility for lost items during shipping.
Absoluteoutdoors.com.au will not exchange or refund goods unless they were
damaged or faulty when purchased. All returns MUST be accompanied by a receipt of purchase.
Absoluteoutdoors.com.au will refund up to $AUD10.00 in delivery fees to
return damaged or faulty goods, the goods should be returned using the same
delivery service or better to ensure that the damaged goods do not get
further damaged when being returned. This will be refunded according to the
original method of payment.
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days
of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty
conditions for that product apply.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund
the original product price and delivery via the original method of payment.
Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your

You need to make certain you include the filled out returns form with the
item so that we can identify who you are, and the reason for the items
return. This sounds obvious, but we have had returned items without any
identification provided, thus slowing down the despatch of replacements.
Should you order the wrong item before we have shipped it, we can:

not refund the total of your order as we have incured expense shipping you
the item, so we will credit your account the appropriate amount of your

To complete an exchange, include the name, variety and cost of the new
product you require on the Returns Form. If there is a difference in the
price of the products involved in the exchange, please tell us how we should
refund or charge you. As we will have to ship you a new item, we will also
charge you a reasonable additional shipping fee to send the new product to you. We
require that the product be unopened and unused and in a resellable
condition to be returned for an exchange.
