Feedback and Complaints​

 

At Absolute Outdoors, we want everybody who

participates in any of our activities and programs

to have a safe and enjoyable experience.  

​

There are times when something may not go the way we want or the way you had hoped. We place a very high value on all feedback, whether it’s about an item purchased in our store, an activity or a tour.

​

Feedback, including complaints, gives us the opportunity to improve our products and activities.  

 

We encourage everybody to let us know when they have a complaint, a compliment, or a suggestion on how we could do things better. 

​

All complaints will be managed in line with our Customer Feedback & Complaints Policy.  The policy includes how we investigate the complaint, communicate with the person making the complaint, manage conflict of interest, and the appeals process.
